With over 50 years in the business, this vertically integrated NJ based Real Estate owner/operator, and developer manages a 450+ unit market-rate rental portfolio, over 4.5MM of commercial space, and 600+ hotel rooms.
Your new role
This is an exclusive opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to support the overall operations of a multi-site 500 unit market-rate rental portfolio in the Bergen County area of New Jersey. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing onsite Leasing Agents, the compliance/administrative personnel, and assisting in oversight of the maintenance team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Senior Property Manager role, candidates will possess the following:
- 5 –10+ years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably with an owner/operator (market-rate rental)
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing property management
- Well-versed in Yardi
- General knowledge of building management systems
- Experience with property inspections
- Excellent customer service skills
