Role Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java backend development and large data processing applications using Flink/Beam, Big Query, or Oracle.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing applications using Java and Apache Flink/Beam.
• Develop and optimize complex queries in Big Query or Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and reliability of existing systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves:
• Strong experience with Java (JDK 8+), including multithreading, data structures, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink or Beam.
• Proficiency in working with Big Query or Oracle, including schema design, query optimization, and aggregation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and real-time processing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and their data-related services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
