Job Description:
As an Asphalt Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of asphalt paving projects. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with clients and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for asphalt paving projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Estimator or in a similar role within the paving industry.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
