Your new role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within the healthcare sector preferred
- Ability to run your own work as a standalone Project Manager
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage 2–5 projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
