Hays has partnered with a local general contractor that specializes in utilities, concrete, grading & paving projects throughout Southern California. They are seeking a skilled project manager looking to join an up-and-coming team to support numerous projects in their pipeline for this year.

Your new role

• Overseeing job site and personnel.
• Overseeing labor projections
• Contract negotiation and administration.
• Planning and scheduling the projects.
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–7 years of construction project management experience.
• Prior experience with utilities or grading & paving projects.
