Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with 5 to 8 years of project leadership experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial construction project leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
