PM ESG Reporting + EU Taxonomy – Contract – Remote – $77.00 -$80.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a PM ESG Reporting + EU Taxonomy for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
About the Role:
Project Management Experience: Driving coordination and ensuring appropriate colleagues and advisors are engaged in eligibility and alignment assessments as required under EU Taxonomy. This will require significant cross-functional engagement including arranging legal/controllers and technical advisory/consultation where needed, as well as facilitating meetings with functional and project leaders (including the EU Taxonomy Advisory Group). It will also include working with finance colleagues to incorporate the methodology for accessing financial data needed to support the assessment and disclosure process. Finally, it will require gathering sufficient documentation of these assessments and approach to support relevant audit and assurance requirements, in consultation with Corporate Audit and KPMG.
Financial Data Experience: Engaging on EU Taxonomy and in connection with other areas where financial reporting will take place under ESG regulatory reporting requirements, specifically to understand what is needed and to develop an aligned and consistent/systematic approach for accessing that data on a periodic basis through financial systems – esp. SAP - to support disclosures and to ensure alignment with other programs where such data may also be leveraged (esp Net Zero). This requires detailed understanding of financial reporting (US GAAP) and systems to drive coordination and thought leadership.
Skills & Requirements
Must haves:
• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Knowledge of EU Taxonomy and ESG Reporting
• Experience in Business Consulting and Analysis
• Experience with Business Technology (Process+ technical skills)
• Knowledge of the Finance process
• Excellent PPT and documentation skills
