Our client is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

This role is part of the Client Service Experience Center (CSEC). CSEC is the contact center that supports our US Wealth Management clients and colleagues.

• answer inbound calls/chats in a multi-channel environment from our internal clients at the branches
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• have basic computer troubleshooting skills for tier 1 support and document and ticket calls
• perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
• have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
• have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Service Experience Center in Weehawken or Nashville. We are a driven and diverse team with over 250 people working in close partnership with GWM Americas and functions to drive a best-in-class client experience. The Client Service team mission is to create an excellent client and field experience through inclusive partnership, the collective knowledge of the team and identification of opportunities to drive business decisions.

Skills & Requirements

Your expertise
• strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
• exceptional service mindset with focus on active listening
• proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and basic computer hardware understanding
• excellent organization and time management skills
• 4-year degree in related field preferred but not required
