Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of retail interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of retail interior construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience as a Superintendent in fast paced retail, commercial, restaurants, or hospitality interiors construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
An ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
