Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will supervise and coordinate all concrete construction activities. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage and direct concrete crews and subcontractors, oversee the installation of concrete foundations, tilt-wall panels, elevated concrete structures, and sub-grade preparation for concrete slabs, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in concrete construction projects is preferred.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour training and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using email applications, such as Microsoft Outlook.
• Successful completion of our Safety Orientation program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
