Proposal/Marketing Coordinator- Boston - Civil/Utilities - GC/CM

Hays is partnering with a leading Civil and Utilities GC/CM in Boston, MA, who is looking to add a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to their team.

Their estimating and marketing teams have been doing amazing work, securing two different $250 million projects, including a design-build project. They continue to engage in exciting and large-scale projects, ensuring every day you walk in is a new adventure.

Your new role:
  • Support all marketing activities related to business pursuits, including assisting with proposals, preparing presentations, organizing events, and managing sponsorships.
  • Assist in creating compelling narratives and dynamic presentations.
  • Help maintain and update the Pursuit Marketing production calendar.
  • Ensure company certifications and prequalifications are current and assist in managing proposal deadlines.
  • Distribute and analyze Salesforce data for relevant teams.
  • Provide support to the proposal team, helping to synthesize information to generate new content.
  • Assist with special marketing projects and represent the firm at industry events as needed.

    What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Experience in a similar role within an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm or a comparable organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
