Hays Commercial Real Estate have partnered with a leading owner/operator of retail assets nationally, who are looking to add an Asset Management Analyst to their New York team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their asset management career, supporting financial and operational performance across a dynamic retail portfolio.


Your new role

This position, located within the group's New York portfolio, will support the development and execution of asset management strategies for both new and existing properties in a growing portfolio of retail assets. Bringing with you extensive experience with ARGUS and Excel, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and compiling/analyzing market data. Collaborating with internal teams including construction, finance, legal, and property management, you will have the opportunity to present operational and financial reports to senior management, with recommendations on how to maximize performance of each property.

What you'll need to succeed

· You have previously worked in the commercial real estate finance space, with 3+years of experience.
· You can successfully provide detailed RE analysis to support various Real Estate projects.
· You will have an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus.
· You have a passion for Real Estate.
