Our client is seeking a Product Manager for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across a designated product group within our global PR & Marketing department. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between the product teams and the respective marketing and PR resources, ensuring a seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with product goals. You will work closely with PR, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and other functions to optimize the market presence and growth of the products under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
• Utilize various marketing channels and tools to promote our products effectively.
• Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including hiring and training new team members.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and recruit new creators for the platform.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work closely with the social media manager to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and compliance with platform guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10% annually) both within the US and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing channels and tools, ideally within a global or multi-product environment.
• Proven experience in managing and leading marketing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with different marketing platforms and tools (e.g., analytics, marketing automation, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus)

Plus Skills
• Experience in the subscription-based creator/fan platform
• Additional language fluency other than is English is a plus.
