This company is a well-established GC specializing in Healthcare Interiors across the DMV. They have been in operation for over 40 years and have built a name for themselves within the healthcare and life sciences market in this area.

Your new role

Within this job, you will be a Superintendent, managing construction projects across the DMV. Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

Managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry; ideally running healthcare or life sciences jobs.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
