Job Title: Entry-Level Superintendent - Commercial Hardscape Projects
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary Range:$70,000 - $85,000 base pay plus benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Superintendent to lead commercial hardscape projects within the municipal and public works sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of ground-up commercial construction.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Superintendent to lead commercial hardscape projects within the municipal and public works sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of ground-up commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing all phases of hardscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work.
- Help manage on-site construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain project schedules and assist in coordinating logistics and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including municipal representatives and community members.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on hardscape projects.
- Knowledge of ground-up commercial construction processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
