Your new role

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who thrives on healthcare projects. You will lead our partner's team to success, ensuring every project is a testament to quality and innovation. If you have a proven track record in managing healthcare construction projects and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want you on our team and this job is for you!

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Primavera P6, Bluebeam.
• Experience with Infection Control standards & OSHA compliance.
