Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager I – Real Estate Owner Operator - Denver Metro Area

You will be working for a fully-integrated Real Estate Investment Company who are recognized as a National Leader in Multi-Family Projects, typically involved in high value spending of over $50M+ per project.

With circa 15+ years’ experience – this organization covers Development, Construction, Acquisitions, TI and Property Management.

With a new office in the Denver Metro Area, this Developer is looking to build out their in-house General Contracting Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an APM who is keen to lead projects or for a candidate who wants to hop the fence from the GC side, to work in-house for a Developer.

Your new role

As an APM/PM I – you will be working on Low to Mid-Rise, Multi-Family and Mixed Use Projects across Colorado and surround States, whilst providing support to the Project Managers and VPs in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to – aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc

It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates – however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

Background with Multi-Family Projects – GC or Dev

Ideally 5 years’ experience as a PE/APM with Multi-Family Projects

Wood framing Experience

An Engineering background would be extremely desirable

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager

What you'll get in return

Salary - $100,000-$115,000
