Project Manager - Municipal, Education, Healthcare or Mission Critical - Rocky Mountain GC - $130,000

Your New Company

A 60-year-old, Rocky Mountain based General Contractor who build across the Front Range from Fort Collins, to DMA and down to CO Springs.

With their Head Office located in Lakewood, this GC operates on a Hybrid basis so even if you are based in Fort Collins or CO Springs – there could be opportunities here


Your New Role

Based from the Head Office, but operating with a Hybrid WFH model, you will be covering Projects across the Front Range whilst holding end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied. You will split your time between the office and the project location working in close conjunction with the Lead Superintendents in the field. You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.

Currently, there is a need for:

- Rec Centers
- Municipal (Fire Stations, Police Stations, Court Houses, City Halls, Libaries, Museums)
- Education
- Healthcare
- Mission Critical (Aerospace, Clean Rooms, Research Facilities etc)


What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to lead and own the project – taking FULL responsibility. Proven experience of this will be required at interview stage
  • Will have 3–5 years experience as a Project Manager delivering Projects related to the above, with full cradle to grave approach
  • Portfolio = Municipal, Education, Healthcare or Mission Critical
  • Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software
  • Project Spends = $10M and above
  • 5+ years within a GC environment – understands the pace and day to day life of a GC
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
  • An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
