Your new role

• Maintain favorable client relationships ensuring successful delivery of our construction services.
• Lead project meetings with clients.
• Manage and administer the Owner Contract including all financial aspects of the contract including profit objectives, etc.
• Write, qualify, evaluate, and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders in a timely manner to maintain the project schedule.
• Actively participate in the planning efforts (scheduling, construction reviews, etc.).

What you'll need to succeed

• BS in Construction Management, Science, Engineering, or a related area of focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience serving as the lead PM on at least 2 non-residential projects with values greater than $10M, while employed by a General Contracting Firm.
