Key Responsibilities:
- Translational Strategy Development: Develop and implement translational medicine strategies to support the progression of immuno-oncology drug candidates from
preclinical to clinical stages.
- Trial Design and Execution: Provide strategic input into preclinical and early-stage clinical trial design, including pharmacology & Toxicology studies, PK&PD studies, patient selection criteria, biomarker-driven endpoints, and companion diagnostic strategies.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze preclinical & clinical data to generate insights into the mechanism of action of immuno-oncology therapeutics and inform decision-making. Utilize bioinformatics and computational tools to integrate multi-omics data and identify potential therapeutic targets.


Qualifications:


- PhD or MD/PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Toxicology or related field.
- Proven track record of Pharmacology or Translational Medicine experience in new drug design or top 3 ranking of immuno-oncology modalities in phase 1 or phase 2 clinical trial.
- Solid experiences with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, etc.) are preferred. At least having one successful submission of IND.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring junior scientists and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
