This NY-based General Contractor has been in business for the past 10 years and has had a consistently growing pipeline of work. The company is focused on public works projects in Westchester and above. This company is looking for an MEP Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee a project in Poughkeepsie for them.

-Your new role-

As an MEP, the first project that you will be focused on is a 4-year courthouse renovation in Poughkeepsie. This is an MEP-heavy project in an active building, so we need someone good! Along with the Lead PM and the Lead Super, you will oversee the MEPs and support the team. The position would be best fit with someone who is comfortable in the field and with paperwork. Thus, an MEP PM/Super hybrid would be great.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent
• Experience managing MEP contractors on construction projects
• Experience managing public sector construction projects
• Ability to commute to Poughkeepsie every day
