Our client is seeking a SQA Tester in Remote opportunity.

Role Description

• Assist Quality Assurance Analyst to certify system testing complete & ready for production
• Create and edit test cases in accordance with system requirements
• Create, modify and/or locate the data and conditions needed to execute test cases
• Identify areas for improved testing processes
• Modify, coordinate and schedule input to maintain the test environments
• Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost and discrepancies found
• Serve as test lead on projects
• Ensure clear, concise and effective communication of material
• Full life-cycle project management
o Establish and lead project teams
o Develop project plan/scope/schedule/cost/communications
o Procure and/or manage resources/timelines/deadlines/quality
o Risk, Issue and Change management
o Ensure successful project implementation
o Scope of responsibility
• Serve as subject matter expert regarding business functions, systems, policies and/or procedures
• May assist with addressing employee inquiries or problem resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in testing complex systems including various platforms
• Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), etc.
• Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
• Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Advanced skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
