I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage healthcare construction projects in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility construction, with a focus on compliance with OSHPD requirements and HCai guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management ( Oversee the entire construction process, from pre-construction planning to project completion.)
2. Healthcare Expertise ( Un derstand and navigate OSHPD regulations related to healthcare facility construction / Familiarity with HCai processes and guidelines for health infrastructure projects.)
3. Pre-Construction ( Review project plans and specifications for compliance with OSHPD requirements / Incorporate pre-approved OSHPD details into construction documents.)
4. Construction Execution
5. Inspections and Documentation ( Work closely with OSHPD inspectors during the construction process / Follow the Testing, Inspections, & Observations) document provided by OSHPD)
