Your new company is HQ'd out of San Antonio and has a current revenue of 235 million in ATX. Do a mix of K-12 + Retail.

Your new role will be in the estimating dept. There are 4 people; a Precon Director, a senior estimator and 2 junior estimators. You will be a plug and play estimator who will support the senior estimator with current pursuits and bids. Experience needs to be 5–7 years, with proven experience in estimating hard bid and negotiated. Most of their work is CM@Risk.

What you'll need to succeed is a local presence in Austin, but anyone who is in a different city that has worked for a General Contractor and estimated, as well as a PM with proven financial buy out and estimating experience will be considered. Please apply if in a different state or a Texas city.

What you'll get in return is 110-130K base, full medical cover, gas card, a 401K match at 6% and PTO.
