Job Title: Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer for Utility Scale Battery Energy Storage Projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled Senior/Lead Electrical Engineers to join a national & global leader in the Renewable Energy & Power sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. The Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment comply with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment for battery energy storage projects.
Ensure that all electrical systems and equipment comply with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and technicians.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that electrical systems and equipment are installed and functioning correctly.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Participate in the development of proposals and bids for new projects.

Requirements:
PE License Heavily Preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
Experience designing battery energy storage systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
