Revenue Assurance Analyst (Rating Assurance) jobs cover rating assurance (call quality), call timing and accuracy and experience working within Test event management and Error Management and Monitoring. Would suit part CIMA qualifieds; role involves spreadsheet work.
Usage Assurance Analyst jobs focus on variable revenue such as customer calls that are billed individually. You will be involved in order completeness, exception reporting and timeliness of billing.
Non-usage Assurance Analyst jobs deal with service contracts/fixed monthly billing such as customer voice and broadband bundles for a fixed monthly fee. Your remit will involve order completeness, exception reporting and timeliness of billing.
M&B (Metering & Billing) Compliance Analyst jobs audit the business to ensure that operational compliance with Ofcom regulations. Familiarity with M&B controls, Measurement & strategy, Ofcom Reporting & regulation, Incident management and Ofcom liaison are desirable as would a fraud investigation background.
Settlements Analyst (Interconnect Revenue/Settlements) jobs are responsible for the financial accounting for revenue share. Tasks include Network settlements, Customer base/churn analysis and Debt management. A CIMA qualification (or studying towards) is desirable.
Process & Controls (normally Business Analyst or Process Analyst) jobs look at revenue generating processes and involves Process appraisal and Control implementation. Qualified to MBA level, you must be a good Business Analyst with Process skills and Six Sigma experience.
Billing Analyst jobs look after operational billing activity. Duties include Billing management, Billable events, Bill cycle, Tariff Setup and Promotion setup. Previous experience eg as a credit controller is desirable.
